The Byrne Vascular Center Consulting Service
Our Vascular Center consulting engagement follows a methodology that involves all key personnel and physicians within your vascular center. We identify opportunities, align resources and engage physicians and staff to work together. The primary components of the service are:
1. Hospital On-Site Visits: We facilitate monthly on-site visits at your hospital to accomplish the following:
- Assess the hospital’s current vascular service/program
- Establish clear metrics of Quality Assurance
- Create a new channel for patient screening and education through community outreach
- Integrate an inclusive model for multi-disciplinary care
- Produce quality-branded patient education marketing resources and referring physician CME materials
- Implement a Vascular Center of Excellence based on best practice models
2. Plan Development: We provide comprehensive assistance designed to facilitate the all-important designing and planning stages that form the groundwork of a successful, results-oriented program.
3. Implementation of the Plan: We provide assistance at each point of implementation, including modification, pilot and launch phases, to ensure quality and flow in the transformation of your service into a Vascular Center of Excellence.
The Byrne Healthcare consulting service engages a 3-step process:
Phase I (Month 1):
We help you establish a thorough assessment of your current situation and its operational and financial potential.
Phase II (Months 2-3):
We collaborate with your physicians and administrators to design and develop the framework for your Center, including the formation of a triage screening center and marketing plan, solidifying quality assurance, addressing patient satisfaction and integrating the Center across
the continuum of care to include Wound Care and Rehab.
Phase III (Months 4-8):
Once the framework is in place, we assist you in creating, modifying, piloting and launching your Center according to the plan developed in Phase II.
